The original and still the best - Shaping Governance: Review and Improve; was our first product and was created in 2017 with schools for schools. It was designed to maximise impact in a short space of time, knowing that governors are volunteers already giving a lot of their time.
In two hours, governors, as a team, learn about important areas of the school and their responsibilities as governors; they then discuss and identify improvements. The beauty is that there are many benefits to using our appreciative framework.
